Politica de anulare \u0219i transfer de rezervare<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

\u00cen cazul anul\u0103rii charterului de c\u0103tre navlositor, din orice motiv, se va aplica urm\u0103toarea politic\u0103 de anulare, \u00een func\u021bie de intervalul de timp dintre confirmarea rezerv\u0103rii \u0219i data anul\u0103rii:<\/p>

  1. Politica de \"cheltuieli de dosar\" (minim 150 Euro) va fi aplicat\u0103 pentru rezerv\u0103rile anulate \u00een perioada de timp de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 90 de zile \u00eenainte de \u00eembarcare.<\/li>
  2. Tax\u0103 de anulare de 30% din taxa total\u0103 de navlosire, pentru rezerv\u0103rile anulate \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre rezervare \u0219i 60 de zile \u00eenainte de \u00eembarcare.<\/li>
  3. Tax\u0103 de anulare de 50% din tariful total de charter, pentru rezerv\u0103rile anulate \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 de 60 - 50 de zile \u00eenainte de \u00eembarcare.<\/li>
  4. Tax\u0103 de anulare de 80% din tariful total de charter, pentru rezerv\u0103rile anulate \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 de 50 - 30 de zile \u00eenainte de \u00eembarcare.<\/li>
  5. Tax\u0103 de anulare de 100% din tariful total de navlosire, pentru rezerv\u0103rile anulate \u00een termen de 30 de zile \u00eenainte de \u00eembarcare.<\/li><\/ol>

    \u00cen cazul \u00een care iahtul care face obiectul anul\u0103rii este \u00eenchiriat din nou unui alt navlositor pentru aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 \u0219i \u00een acelea\u0219i condi\u021bii, se vor percepe doar cheltuielile aferente dosarului.<\/p>
